Deep-fried beer?

You have guests and ask what they want to drink. They answer beer. You ask: “Normal or deep-fried?”. Unrealistic? No! Crazy? Yes!

A Texan guy has invented a method (a patent is pending) to deep-fry beer.

The beer is placed inside a pocket of salty, pretzel-like dough and then fried in oil at 375 degrees for about 20 seconds. Just short enough for the confection to remain alcoholic.

The deep-fried “thing” is claimed to deliver a delicious taste sensation.
