What are they thinking? Confusing an ipod with an egg cup?

Isn’t it silly? Apple filed several legal complaints to force German company Koizol to change the name of the egg cup EiPott (“Ei” is german for egg and sounds as ‘I”). Apple is a great company, but obviously lost its sense of humor.
